Delete your account

You can delete your GrouPot account and its data at any time, right in the app.

In the app

  1. Open GrouPot and go to Profile.
  2. At the bottom, tap Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Without the app

Write to support@groupot.app from the email address you sign in with, and ask us to delete your account. We'll do it within 30 days and let you know.

What is deleted

Your account, name and photo are deleted. Pots that only you are in are deleted too, with their entries and receipt photos.

What is kept

Entries you added to pots you share with others stay in those pots, under your name, so everyone else's balances stay right.
